Systems Integration Project Manager

Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to manage our client's engineering and software development projects and be the primary client interface managing the relationship. Position will interface with client, manage project scope, project costs, project quality, and ensure project is completed with minimal risk and within schedule and budget.
Key Responsibilities

Interface with Proposal Manager/Sales Team and complete hand-off from proposal phase to project phase.

Develop Project Plan including project financials, schedule, and deliverables for the project.

Maintain project procedures and verify compliance by the project team, including project execution and safety.

Develop Project Quality Plan for all project deliverables.

Work with Engineering Manager to get personnel assigned to the project.

Communicate with client regularly and as necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

Manage scope, schedule, task list, and budget.

Manage cash flow and approve all time, expense, purchases and invoicing on the project.

Manage the technical approach and assignments with the assistance of the technical lead on the project.

Coordinate client communications and oversee client reviews.

Submit Engineering Change Notices to client promptly upon encountering engineering scope change, regardless of change in cost.

Review and approve project invoices and payment to vendors.

Identify additional opportunities with active project contacts.

Attain Substantial Completion Sign-off from client.

Perform Project Closeout Checklist and verify project files and documentation is complete.

Maintain close relationship with key contacts within client organization and communicate with them on a regular schedule.

Point of contact for all client communications, unless delegated to a project manager for a specific project.

Responsible for staying current with client standards, procedures, safety, forms, T&Cs, and GMPs.

Review all client proposals and projects for adherence to client standards and quality.

Identify new opportunities, client technology and project direction. Work with Marketing Director and Engineering Manager to develop plan to meet client needs.

Minimum 4 yr bachelor degree or equivalent experience
