Meet the Team

Paul is the President and Founder of Search Ingenuity, LLC. He has nearly 10 years of technical recruiting experience and 30+ years of experience in direct sales. He has generated approximately $1.2mm in lifetime revenue from direct placements and he is also a two time member of the $250k club for annual production.

 

Paul strives to run a firm that focuses on integrity and will never be one to compromise his own for a deal. His main emphasis is on developing solid client relationships that last and he has a track record to prove it. He is a long-term/bigger picture kind of guy with a fresh perspective on the industry.

Paul is also a father of five beautiful daughters and one rambunctious son. He is married to his lovely wife of 25+ years. He is a huge family person and takes part in carpooling for many of his kid’s extra-curricular activities.

 

When Paul is not at work or with his family, he enjoys golfing, camping, hiking, biking, and of course, fantasy sports!

His personal ambition is to raise his girls well and put them in a position to achieve all that they can be personally, professionally and spiritually.

 

Paul is also a dedicated businessman and works hard to make Search Ingenuity a great place to not only partner with, but to work at as well! Work hard, play hard.

Allen has over 3 years of technical recruiting experience and has generated almost $400K in career revenue from direct placements, along with temp to hire and straight contract placements.  

 

He is a hardworking recruiter who has certainly earned his stripes in the recruiting industry and in the direct sales marketplace. He has 25+ years of sales experience and has generated in excess of $1,000,000 in personal and over $50,000,000 in team annualized direct sales volume.   

 

 Allen is the father of 6 sons and 1 daughter and a proud Papa to 9 Grands. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking and foraging for wild mushrooms.

 

Allen and Jan his wife of 30+ years enjoy spending as much time as possible with their Grands, camping, boating, travel, gardening and are devoted "eclipse chasers".

 

He has a passion for recruiting and is extremely knowledgeable regarding the interview process and loves prepping candidates to give them the best chance for success in their new career. He also shares a role with Paul in new business development which allows Allen to stay current in hiring trends in our industry.

Allen, along with Paul, mentors the junior recruiters as well as running his desk.

Christy brings with her a background that encompasses a wide array of necessary skills to succeed in Search Ingenuity's Social Media Marketing Director position. She has experience marketing via various social media outlets and is constantly educating herself on effective ways to connect in the industry. 

 

She has a strong background in marketing, research, customer service, sales assistance and talent sourcing. Christy loves connecting people to positions and enjoys being a part of various functions within the job search industry.

 

Christy and her husband Paul have been together over 25 years. When she is not working on social media for Search Ingenuity she is busy raising her five daughters and one son.

 

 She loves going to church, writing, homeschooling and spending time outdoors. She also loves  traveling to anywhere there is a beach.
