 Oversee the installation of company-supplied process automation systems, including pneumatic 

conveying systems, solids and small particle handling equipment, dust abatement equipment, belt and 

screw conveyors, vibrating screen separators, compounders, mixing systems, cyclones, filters, rotary 

valves, feeders, scales and bagging/packaging equipment. 

 Conduct commissioning and start-up, assist programmers, provide client training, troubleshoot and repair 

component and system problems. 

 Perform instrument installation and calibration. 

 Adjust, align and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications. 

 Assess, diagnose and solve equipment performance problems. 

 Perform rigging and lifting of all types of parts with use of a shop crane and forklift. 

 Complete written records and maintain logs as required. 

 Extensive travel for field service and support.
