Key Responsibilities

Translates business requirements into design and deployment of the operational and technical aspects of project plans.

Partners with the PM group to set and meet deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor that standards are met, and develop code using our standards.

Is a resource for the PM group on project status updates and timeline analysis for internal customers and business leaders.

Supplies application/process troubleshooting, and data analysis for internal customers and leadership as needed.

Actively minimizes and controls scope creep on all working projects. Guides development team to increase efficiencies and meet deadlines as needed.

Coaches less senior programmers and support positions to a higher level of success that is sustainable and meets business goals.

Becomes a IT domain expert (SME) on assigned projects and processes.
Requirements
Needs to have experience in:​​

Microsoft .Net
-
C# forms and/or wpf.

TSQL in SQL Server (stored procs, and views).
